Low Pressure welding hose reel for Air and Water
These reels are recommended for small capacity applications using
air or water. Designed for industrial use, these reels combine the
best of quality and price, and offer features such as heavy gauge
steel construction, two pedestal arms to hold the drum and a unique
swivel-base feature that allows the reel to pivot from side to side,
for greater flexibility and freedom of movement when in use. The
adjustable hose guide arm is designed for wall, ceiling and floor
mounting, with non-snag guide rollers. A fully enclosed spring drive
and a 6 position locking ratchet provide safety. This hose reel
comes with a heavy gauge mounting plate with 6 3/16” predrilled
holes, an adjustable hose bumper and a baked-on blue enamel finish.

welding hose reel has two pedestal arms which are shaped as
covers for each side of the reel, functioning as a safety feature
that prevents reaching into a moving reel mechanism. By attaching
the removable cover sleeve (included), these reels can be converted
to fully enclosed reels. Designed for easy maintenance, these reels
have a repair port that allows easy access to the hose connection. A
temporary locking device prevents movement of the reel during
maintenance work. The spring is enclosed in a steel cartridge, and
the mounting prevents spring backlash. The hose guide is adjustable
for wall, ceiling, or floor mounting, and has four hose guide
rollers. The reels come in a blue enamel finish and has a
zinc-plated mounting plate.
